Jason and crew were fantastic. The crew were courteous and professional, leaving the roof and area better than they found them. Jason, for his part, was transparent through every step of the process, going out of his way to explain every aspect of the work and the related costs. The work was tested within 48 hours when we had a major rainstorm, and the work held up perfectly - which Jason knows, because he called immediately afterwards to check in. Would absolutely recommend.

Jason was great to work with. Hi roof team and gutter team were also great. Real1Construction is the type of company that leaves you happy with their products and services. The company worked with us and our insurance company to make the project affordable, while providing high quality parts and experienced installers. Jason and his Real 1 Construction crew were a pleasure to work with and I had a great experience with my roof and skylight replacement. They offered the best price from all of the quotes received and were very friendly and timely during the entire process. Meet Jason Osorio, Founder and CEO, of Real1 Construction. Born and raised in Arlington, Virginia by his single mom of three children. He understand money can be tight and that you traded your most valuable commodity, time, for it. It is not about take, take, take, it is about giving back to families and communities. Jason has 17+ years of experience in roofing. He started roofing with his dad, Julio, when he was young. Julio had his roofing business when Osorio was growing up. During those years, he learned many industry techniques and his passion grew with every project. In 2019, Osorio started his own roofing company, Real1Construction LLC.
