After the owner, Jason, got one of his specialists to take a look at it, he took the tile out, removed the mold that that was building up, cut a hole in my downstairs ceiling and repatched it up. Also, his specialist completely regrouted my shower and removed all the old tile with new tile that matched the old one perfectly! He also painted my ceilings so that the entire downstairs ceiling matched. The pricing was perfect for my budget. He worked with me for MONTHS to make a home insurance claim (called them, met with adjusters, etc.).
