The crew arrived early, worked steadily all day, and left the yard cleaner than they found it. Very happy with the quality of the workmanship."

"Working with Jason was fantastic. When his initial quote was a little out of range, he immediately worked with us to get us a quote within our range while still getting a top tier roof system. Job was done within one day and he even took a video and pictures for us days later just because. This guy is truly passionate about roof systems. Would recommend every time."

"Jason really took the time to help me understand my issue and work with me on a solution. He gave me multiple options to consider and always responsive… a rare trait in this industry."

"Very professional, really happy with outcome."

"Jason from day one was professional and efficient. Even with the crazy weather that we had in March he and his team did a great job with putting on a new roof and gutters. His team of workers were kind and respectful. The price for everything was very reasonable."

"Shingles blew off my roof in the afternoon from a wind storm. Jason was at my house 7pm the SAME day, we discussed the work, and his associate showed up the next morning and finished the job. Simply outstanding service and reasonably and competitively priced and he was very professional. Highly highly recommend! Am hiring him again!"

"Real1Construction did a wonderful job on my townhome gutter replacement (front and back) project. Jason explained between the standard 5-inch and the wider 6-inch gutter widths and I went ahead picking the 6-inch. The team was able to complete the work the week right after our consultation. They wrapped up rather fast and they cleaned up afterwards, as expected. Thank you for assisting with the upkeep/enhancement of my home!"

"Working with Jason at Real1 Construction was very pleasant. He explained what will be done and was there when he said he would be."

"Thank you Jason O. Thanks for helping replace our roof that needed changing with all the leaks and damage! It feels great to know that even after the replacement Someone will be coming over to inspect the roof every three years! You all did a great job. My mother was so grateful for you services! And will be calling you all for windows in the future! 💯"

"Real1 has a very professional and expert team. They were able to help with lots of advice and options on how to best do some roof repairs and upgrading the roof along with gutter and attic insulation upgrades. Furthermore, they added some great additional storage space in the attic along with attic stairs which is fantastic! Fair pricing and transparent overall on what was possible to do and never tried to upsell anything beyond from what we wanted. Would absolutely recommend Real1 Construction services!!"

"They replaced the siding on my house and installed new gutters. The demo was a lot of work and the house is old. The bid was the lowest I received from a company that had good reviews. There were unforeseen issues discovered once the siding was removed and they either just fixed it or worked around me fixing it myself at no additional cost. Also, there was some quality control issues (nothing concerning or that I would have been upset about if not fixed) but they immediately fixed them once they were identified. I'm very happy with how things turned out and would work with them again or recommend them to friends/family."

"Jason and his team did an excellent job with my roof restoration and ceiling restoration. They offered a great price, delivered quality work, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. Jason was always willing to assist, answer questions, and help whenever needed. I would highly recommend his company. 10/10."

"Justin and his team were excellent. I had a roof leak and he stopped by within 24 hours of oue initial discussion. He was friendly and knowledgeable. After agreeing to the repair, some of the supplies were going to take some time to arrive. Justin had the damage covered so no more water would enter. Then a week or so later his team removed the damage and repaired the roof. The whole experience was excellent. We will definitely be reaching out then again."

"Very professional, knowledgeable, and they offer funding. Would highly recommend"

"Jason was very timely and professional. I needed new gutters and a roof vent installed. Jason did a free roof inspection for me too. What I really appreciated was after his inspection is he didn't try to "milk" me for more work to get done. It's hard to find folks with that kind of integrity any more. I definitely recommend Real1Construcrion to anyone who needs roof or gutter work done."

"They are very good people. I would recommend them to anybody, they very professional."

"Real1Construction LLC did an amazing job redoing my shower. I had a leak going on in my tile shower that was due to a broken shower door as well as tile that needed to be regrouted. That leak ended up leaking downstairs to my living room ceiling. It looked terrible and I just knew it was going to cost and arm and a leg to fix it. After the owner, Jason, got one of his specialists to take a look at it, he took the tile out, removed the mold that that was building up, cut a hole in my downstairs ceiling and repatched it up. My ceiling looks brand new again, I can’t even tell there was a leak! Yay! Also, his specialist completely regrouted my shower and removed all the old tile with new tile that matched the old one perfectly! He also painted my ceilings so that the entire downstairs ceiling matched. The pricing was perfect for my budget. I am so happy with the work that was done and I will definitely be giving Real1 a call for my next home project."

"Real1 Construction is the real deal. The entire process was handled efficiently and professionally. I really liked the electronic estimate and payment process. I would use them again and highly recommend them."

"Real1Construction came right away, as soon as we sent an inquiry. They came to inspect the roof, and gave us a quote, however, they said it needed patching immediately because of open holes in the roof. They sealed it for the night and came the next day to fix it. They were professional, available, and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend working with them."

"Jason and his team completed a full re-roofing - including chimney repair and gutter replacement - on on of our properties, and roof repairs on a second. He was always responsive, provided a competitive price, and met his proposed schedule. His Real1Construction team was thoroughly professional, did quality work, and ensured our properties were cleared of all debris upon completion. As a measure of their thoroughness, they shingled a small basement door overhang to be sure it looked fresh and like the main roof, even though it was not part of our agreed Statement of Work."

"Excellent workmanship and great quality. Thank you so much Real1Construction!!!"

"Real 1 Construction exceeded my expectations in the service and quality of their work. Jason and his team are true professionals. I highly recommend Jason and Real 1 Construction for all your roofing needs!!"

"My Experience with Real1Construction has been very good. Jason was very quick to answer me and come over and assess the damage. The work was done very fast i really appreciate jasons professionalism. I had another company do a new roof for me. That was a major Mistake. I wish i had found jason and his company sooner. Highly recommend"

"We chose RealConstruction to install two skylights in our living room. The work was done very professionally and all was cleaned up when finished. We were very satisfied with their professionalism and work."

"Real 1 Construction is a top-notch company. I first noticed their work when they installed a new roof for a neighbor across the street from me about five years ago. I said then when it’s time for me to get a new roof I’m calling that company. A few years later I asked the neighbor the name and contact info for the company that installed her roof. She gave it to me. I called them and they came right out, assessed the roof, gave me some options which I contracted for one of the options (full replacement). They installed the new roof in record time and made my home look really impressive. Recently, I had another home that needed a new roof. Without any doubt I phoned Real 1 Construction (Jason). The picture itself speaks for itself about the quality and professional work they do. If you need a roof, take it from me, call Real 1 Construction. You’re be glad you did!!!"

"Easy to work with. Very responsive."

"Excellent Experience with Real1 Construction! I recently had my roof replaced by Real1 Construction and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the entire team was incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. The crew was efficient and arrived on time. They were also very respectful of my property, making sure to protect my landscaping and meticulously cleaning up all debris once the project was complete. It was like they were never even there, aside from my beautiful new roof! Communication was another standout part of my experience. Jason was responsive and kept me informed every step of the way, answering all of my questions and making sure I was comfortable with the process. The quality of the work is top-notch, and I have complete confidence that my new roof will last for years to come. I highly recommend Real1 Construction for any roofing needs. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and high-quality roofing company, look no further."

"I cannot recommend Real1Construction more highly. The whole team are professional and delightful to deal with. We have used them for at least 2 projects and they were wonderful each time."

"Real1 did a fantastic job replacing my entire roof after it was damaged during the recent storms. They worked with my Insurance company to more accurately assess the damage to my roof. They help me select the appropriate shingles and their crew was professional, very skilled, and did an excellent job. After the last payment. They still came by and did touchups to make sure the job was absolutely perfect. Jason Osorio, the owner, was personally involved in all details and provided excellent customer service. Don’t often reviews, but highly recommend. Real1."

"Thanks Jason for coming out and doing another job for us! You are our go-to handyman! Thanks for what you are doing and what you are doing for the community!"

"Responsive, solution oriented, professional and personable. Thank you so much!"

"Real 1 Construction did an outstanding job on my roof! They not only fixed the storm damage but handled everything with the insurance company, making the entire process so much smoother than I expected. The crew installed a brand new roof in just one day and left the site spotless—no debris, no stray nails, nothing left behind. A huge shoutout to Jason, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through every step and explained why things were done a certain way. That kind of transparency made me feel completely at ease and confident the job was being handled professionally and with real care. The level of service went above and beyond. If you need a roofing company that’s fast, thorough, and truly cares about doing things right, I highly recommend Real 1 Construction!"

"Jason and his team are amazing. I had some of my gutters upgraded and while making the quote, he noticed some hail damage on my roof. He worked with me for MONTHS to make a home insurance claim (called them, met with adjusters, etc.). In the end, I just had the gutters upgraded and a small roof repair done, but he was in constant communication with me every step of the way. He was reasonably priced for the job and the amount of time he spent on it. I even had a leak in my basement during the hard rains and my husband had some yahoos come out for quotes. I didn't trust them. I called Jason and he looked over the quotes for me and gave me a good opinion. He even had some ideas if it happens again. He and his team are professional, proactive, honest, upstanding young men. I have complete and utter trust in them. The did a great job professionally and quickly and cleaned up after themselves. If you're a home owner and have work to be done, CALL THIS COMPANY! I cannot brag on them enough! I would highly recommend them for any job you might have."

"Jason the owner is very knowledgeable and if I ever have an issue with my roof I think I would definitely consult with him."

"Real1 was the only one of five companies contacted that would help us with a roof leak around a pipe. We had water coming into our bathroom on a four year old roof and no one else would even look at it without giving a quote for the whole roof. Not only did Jason swing by the house the same day, he was able to complete the work within a few days. Real1 is the real deal. The crew was courteous, helped us understand the problem, and left our property better than they found it. Superb working with these guys, we will absolutely use them again."

"Re-roofed a shed. Fast. Pristine clean up. Highest quality work."

"They put on my roof and it’s exactly what I wanted. Jason went above and beyond to work with the insurance company to make sure I was compensated fairly and even got something covered that we didn’t think would be because he knew the city codes. He responds promptly. Overall I feel really lucky I found a great roofer. He’s someone I felt I could trust."

They initiated the damage inspection within two days of my phone request. 2. They did a thorough inspection of the damages. Jason, the owner of the company, and his staff climbed onto the roof to take pictures and provided me with a very professional and detailed report of the damage assessment. 3. Their price was very reasonable, much lower than another company’s estimates. 4. They were very responsive to my questions. I was able to text Jason frequently and receive a quick response from him every time. 5. When the workers came they were compleat and professional. I will recommend Real 1 Construction to anyone."

"Jason was great to work with. Hi roof team and gutter team were also great. Real1Construction is the type of company that leaves you happy with their products and services. The company worked with us and our insurance company to make the project affordable, while providing high quality parts and experienced installers. The company is also community focused too, so if you want to support local, they are the company to use. Update: Another positive experience with Real1 Construction About three years ago this summer we first used Real1 Construction to put a new roof on our house. The roof had years of storm damage which Jason identified and worked diligently to encourage our home insurance to pay. Fast forward to now and we had a bird break a panel and accessed our soffit vents. I called Real1 Construction and Jason came out again identified then bird damage in about 20 minutes. Only two days later and under an hour of work our bird damage was replaced. Again it was a fast and positive experience for us. Would highly recommend Real1 Construction if you need roof work. We will certainly be calling Real1 Construction again if/when needed. Great team that shows up and does the work. They are also very flexible if your schedule suddenly changes. Call Real1 Construction if you have any questions."

"Quality work at a great price. 10/10 would use again."

"Jason and team worked on our home in Haymarket. Since we leave in an area with high winds and tails, we decided to wait about six months to see how their work would hold up. It has been excellent so far. They did an outstanding job during replacement of our roof. They truly went beyond expectations (fixed a dangling panel above my daughter bedroom on top of the main roof with very solid materials - we did our research, all at a good price). I strongly recommend this company for any roof work."

"Real1Construction did an amazing job with our roof. We priced out at least four different roofing companies and Real1Construction was by far and away the most competitive and thorough in their initial estimate. We hired Real1Construction on site and are thrilled we did so. Our home is an old colonial from 1910, and they had the knowledge and experience to flawlessly execute on installing our new roof. We have many contours and valleys on our roof as well as a pergola and connected garage that they they seamlessly roofed. Real1Construction was extremely thorough in putting our new roof on, stopping by multiple times after they finished the job to ensure our satisfaction and quality control. They were very competitive on pricing and even worked with us after we started the job to be cost efficient. I would highly recommend Real1Construction to anyone in the market for a new roof."

"Jason and his team did an outstanding job repairing our roof and indoor ceiling after our roof started leaking. From their prompt and detailed quote all the way to final cleanup, everything was done well and incredibly professionally. We would definitely work with Real1 again in the future - finding great contractors is so hard, but they are the real deal."

"Jason and crew were fantastic. The crew were courteous and professional, leaving the roof and area better than they found them. Jason, for his part, was transparent through every step of the process, going out of his way to explain every aspect of the work and the related costs. The work was tested within 48 hours when we had a major rainstorm, and the work held up perfectly - which Jason knows, because he called immediately afterwards to check in. Would absolutely recommend."

"Jason and his crew were able to identify where my chimney was leaking. With the help of very good photos, Jason was able to explain exactly what work and materials were needed to fix my leak. They were able to give a ballpark estimate and (most importantly) was one of the few contractors that provided me with a written estimate. Some of the contractors that were bidding on the job did not even bother to give me a written estimate. The work itself was done professionally and on time. The chimney cap and mortar joints all looked perfect. Overall, I will not hesitate to use Real1Construction, LLC for future projects."
