There were unforeseen issues discovered once the siding was removed and they either just fixed it or worked around me fixing it myself at no additional cost. Also, there was some quality control issues (nothing concerning or that I would have been upset about if not fixed) but they immediately fixed them once they were identified. That leak ended up leaking downstairs to my living room ceiling. It looked terrible and I just knew it was going to cost and arm and a leg to fix it. After the owner, Jason, got one of his specialists to take a look at it, he took the tile out, removed the mold that that was building up, cut a hole in my downstairs ceiling and repatched it up. My ceiling looks brand new again, I can’t even tell there was a leak! Yay! Also, his specialist completely regrouted my shower and removed all the old tile with new tile that matched the old one perfectly! He also painted my ceilings so that the entire downstairs ceiling matched. The pricing was perfect for my budget. "Jason and his team are amazing. I had some of my gutters upgraded and while making the quote, he noticed some hail damage on my roof. He worked with me for MONTHS to make a home insurance claim (called them, met with adjusters, etc.). In the end, I just had the gutters upgraded and a small roof repair done, but he was in constant communication with me every step of the way. He was reasonably priced for the job and the amount of time he spent on it. I even had a leak in my basement during the hard rains and my husband had some yahoos come out for quotes.
