Rotted Door Frame Caught Before It Got Worse

Water damage is sneaky. It doesn't announce itself - it just quietly works its way into wood, trim, and framing until one day you're looking at a door frame that's completely fallen apart. That's exactly the kind of thing we deal with regularly, and it's one of the most common calls we get.
