Most homeowners don't think about their roof until there's a problem. A leak shows up, water stains appear on the ceiling, and suddenly it's urgent. The smarter move is getting ahead of it - and that's exactly what this homeowner did.

We installed a full roof replacement using Owens Corning materials, including their ProArmor underlayment. That underlayment layer is something a lot of contractors skip or cheap out on, but it's one of the most important parts of the whole system. It sits between your deck and your shingles and acts as a secondary barrier against moisture. If anything ever gets past the shingles, that layer is what keeps water out of your home.

The shingles themselves are rated for 50 years. That's not a marketing number - that reflects how these materials are engineered to hold up against wind, rain, heat, and everything else a roof deals with over time. When you're replacing a roof, you want to do it once and not have to think about it again for decades.

We take each layer seriously because cutting corners on a roof isn't something you find out about right away. It shows up three winters later when you've got ice dams or a slow leak nobody can explain. Doing it right the first time is always the better option - for the homeowner and for us.

This is the kind of work we do at Real1Construction LLC. Solid materials, careful installation, and a finished product you can count on.
